Last night, I lay awake in bed for five grueling hours. I could hardly sleep even though I forced my eyes to "shut" down. I tried to sleep early last night at 9p.m., but the effort proved futile.
Insomnia fever is on, I guess. For over three weeks now, I hardly have a decent sleep because of my hectic schedule both for my personal and professional lives.
My mind was "talking", but my fingers were "silent" because I left my laptop cable in the office. The laptop battery went off after using it for 20 minutes. I thought that forgetting to bring the cable was OK since I wouldn't be glued to the keyboard.
I really tried hard to catch some Z's, but it was nowhere to be found. The thoughts in my mind over the past five hours were lingering, waiting to be given shapes. I got up from bed, and checked if the other laptop at home was available.
Fortunately, as I am writing this entry now at 2:00a.m., the husband is busily snoring. "I could use his laptop at the moment while I attend to the "murmurings" of my mind," I thought to myself.
For the past two days, I ranted here and there about the damage I made to the first home of my talking fingers at fingertalks.com. So I created this new home at fingertalks.i.ph. I said before that this new home would just be a temporary refuge. But as I was "listening" to my thoughts awhile ago, I thought of an idea. I think it wouldn't be a temporary home for my talking fingers.
For quick reference, I have created this legend when referring to FINGERTALKS' blog houses:
Fingertalks.com (1st home) = is referred to as the ORIGINAL HOME OF THE TALKING FINGERS ON THE WEB (I am trying hard to recover it)
Fingertalks.i.ph (2nd home) =will now be referred to as the RENTED HOME OF THE TALKING FINGERS ON THE WEB

Just for everyone's knowledge, the original home (AKA mother blog of fingertalks) gave birth to its baby blog INSPIRING FINGERS ON THE WEB on Oct.30, 2007. This was during the time that fingertalks got back to the blogosphere and after three days, she messed up the blog.
So for the 2nd home or the rented home, fingertalks' the 2nd home gave birth today to a baby blog which she calls PEEKING FINGERS ON THE WEB.
The idea behind this blog will be discussed tomorrow.
